Some new designs

Some proposed new designs for the UK web site based on the critique of old site [1].

These have been designed to fit within 1024x768 screens.

These are also designed to utilize the current html formatting to make it easy to quickly shift to a new design using a few new images and some CSS changes.

This black and white version could use any combination of colours and/or textures.
